Ralph and Celia Moorely can't figure out what's wrong with their Dutch exchange student, Paula. She's been acting strangely: sneaking out late at night, acting nervous and evasive, missing classes, etc. When the Moorelys discover that Paula has cleaned out her bank account, they ask Nancy to investigate.
