~ starts off at night, tops of buildings are shown....some guards are keeping watch over a building when they see a girl at the top of a building, they try to shout to her but she ignores them....then rush to the roof and try to look for her but find nothing.....keep looking but nothing....they see a shoe on the ground....also see something in a tank....

~ next morning cid arrives...they see a dead woman in the water tank....the guards recognize her as priyanka, someone who lives in the building 6th floor....they see hand prints on the body, def murder....the guards tell them that she worked in a call centre (night shift)....

~ cid searches her flat for clues....they find a bag filled with money, acp thinks that the murder wasnt for money.....they see a picture of priya(short for priyanka) with a guy....his names ronit.....guards tell them hes a friend who visits a lot and also has a key.....

~ at the call centre, a woman is crying saying poor priya she was so sweet, we even stayed together....cid asks about ronit, he works there but no ones seen him for a while.....woman tells them that ronit/priya were engaged and priya had 20 lacs for a new house....cid is shocked becasue they only found 15 lacs, why would the killer only take 5 lacs?

~ woman tells cid that there was a guy chandu who was a big flirt but got fired because priya and a girl radhika filed a complaint....before leaving chandu threatened both girls for getting him fired....

~ outside a guy (canteen's waiter) comes up to the cid and says i can help u.....yesterday priya and radhika had a fight......flashback: priya goes to radhika saying leave ronit alone but rads says ronit will never marry you.....priya slaps rads.....

~ acp asks about rads but waiter says she didnt come to work today.....cid gets address and goes to her her house....its locked.....they ask the guard, he says i dunno where she is, her car is here.....while investigating the car they find blood under the trunk.....in it there is another dead body, its radhika.....inside they find an id card, its chandu's.....

~ a couple is dancing in a house (it was funny)....cid comes and takes chandu....he says i didnt do anything....cid says then why was ur id in her car?? he say i met her yesterday - flashback: chandu comes and yells at rads because he lost his job....in the confusion his card falls out of his pocket.....

~ chandu says i fought with rads but i didnt kill her.....cid take him away..... at hq - postmartom (dunno how to sp) report says that priya was drowned....acp says in a bathtub not the tank....confusion.....priyanka was drowned in the bathtub and then taken to the roof....the guards had seen the murderer from the ground but when they got up the murdered hid.....

~ bathtub is being investigated.....cid finds a key....it the house key....cid realizes that only ronit had the other key....they go to his house....its locked.....a guy comes and says i jsut dropped ronit at the taxi stand....cid goes after taxi.....guy calls ronit......ronit is in the taxi, cid is after him.....ronit is in a hurry to get to pune......cid stops the taxi and get ronit....

~ back at hq - ronit says i didnt kill priya, i loved her....the missing 5 lacs are in ronits bag.....cid keeps asking, he says i didnt kill her.... acp says u and priya fought the night before the murder.....ronit says yes she wanted to get married this month, i said next month....ronit says priya gave me the money for my mothers treatment....cid says then whos key is this.....ronit says i dunno i have my key.....more confusion....acp says we have to figure out who made this duplicate key.....

~ cid (sry dont know individual names) finds the key maker....he says i dunno who had this made....keep asking.....he says i remember it was a girl......they have a portrait made of the girl....cid questions ronit, office girl, and chandu about the girl and none of them know who the girl is..... cid questions how a girl couldve taken the body to the roof.....they decide a girl couldnt have done this alone(they seriously underestimate women).....

~ acp says hmm.....they scan the picture and acp says make the the girl into a guy....shorten the hair, change features.....abhijeet alters the pic and they see a guy....its the murderer but we dont get to see who it is......cid goes to a house and looks around and finds wigs and drugs....they hear sounds.....its the canteen waiter! hes dressed as a woman....he sees cid and runs off.....chase scene....waiter running....cid chasing.....eventually he gets caught, shot in the leg......

~ canteen waiter is in the hq saying no girl ever liked me, always made fun of me....i would dress as a woman and went to a club and got high....needed money so i went to steal priyas money.....she was at home so i killed her.....rads saw me kill priya so i had to kill her too.....acp says now u go to jail.....the end......
